Product Introduction:

The PLD-MPCS series microscope particle analysis system is a professional analysis and testing instrument used in particle size detection in automotive parts, aerospace, and hydraulic lubrication industries. System composition:

This system is a multifunctional particle analysis system that includes image based particle size distribution testing and particle morphology analysis. The system includes:

·Upright polarized light optical microscope

·CCD cameras with a digital level of 5 million or above

·Fully automatic 0.1 micron level stage

·Image processing and analysis software

·Computer and printer components;

·The product of combining traditional microscopic measurement methods with modern image processing techniques;

·A dedicated digital camera captures and scans images of the microscope;

·The R232 interface data transmission method transfers particle images to the analysis system;

·Particle image analysis software and platform for image processing and analysis;
