Strictly follow the maintenance procedures and operating procedures to ensure the quality of maintenance
4. Maintenance accessories:
Strictly control the quality in the selection of accessories, eliminate the use of counterfeit and inferior parts and waste parts, and use components, components, and devices purchased through legitimate channels;
5. Maintenance warranty:
All instruments repaired by our company are covered by warranty. If there are any quality issues during the warranty period, we will be responsible for repairing them
Note:
5.1. The customer waives maintenance before confirming the faulty machine, without incurring any costs. If the pre inspection fee has been paid, it can be refunded before the next financial day.
5.2. If the customer abandons the repair after confirming the fault, the company will charge a basic inspection fee and issue a receipt based on this fee.
5.3. If the customer abandons the repair and incurs travel expenses/shipping costs, the customer shall bear them on their own.
5.4. Pre inspection/testing fees are included in the formal order quotation. If the customer places an official order, the paid testing fees will be deducted from the final payment.
5.5. In case of inability to repair or repair failure, both parties shall negotiate and handle it.
5.6. The maintenance service is for 3 months, and the maintenance time is based on the customer's acceptance time (signed on the maintenance record). The warranty period of the parts involved in the repair is based on the original factory warranty principle (excluding shipping costs).
