2. The direct manager of the company has many years of management experience, including managing large maintenance and measurement centers; The company will continue to attract more engineers to join the team and expand its service scope in the future.

3. Compliance with service standards and verification methods; Can be traced back to the Chinese CNAS Association and the American NIST Association.

4. Provide comprehensive maintenance services for customer instruments, including cleaning, protection, maintenance, adjustment, and testing.

Technical basis for calibration

JJG1061-2010 Liquid Particle Counter

Calibration of measuring standards used

Standard substance for particulate matter in oil GBW (E) 120017 (AC calibration)

Standard substance for particulate matter in oil GBW (E) 120083 (MTD calibration)

Measurement traceability explanation

The measurement values of the calibration standards used can be traced back to the Chinese national metrology standard

Calibration items

1. Whether the appearance and power on inspection meet the requirements of regulations 6.1 and 6.2

2. Does the relative error of the particle counter meet the technical requirements (± 20%)

3. Does the repeatability of particle counting meet the technical requirements (≤ 5%)

4. Relative error of sampling volume ± 5%

5. Particle size measurement resolution ≤ 10%

6. The uncertainty of calibration results U=, k=2

7. Particle size and threshold value

8. Calibration location and environment

Note:

1. The customer is required to truthfully disclose the true information and usage status of the calibration equipment. Any problems caused by concealment or other factors not being disclosed shall be borne by the customer.

2. Any abnormal situations that occur during the calibration period shall be resolved through consultation between both parties, including the cost of replacing parts.

3. The customer's confirmation of the electronic version of the calibration report represents recognition of this calibration service.

4. In general, customers need to pay the final payment before they can send or pick up the machine.

5. Due to customer reasons, the correction service is abandoned and suspended, and the customer is required to pay the corresponding labor and material costs.
